Machine OperatorDuties and ResponsibilitiesCleaning of Compounding and auxiliary equipment.Ensure set ups and clean downs are completed in a timely manner.Ensure quality in all aspects of work by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.Monitor all machines as per relevant procedures.Complete checks on all related paperwork.As most of the work undertaken will take place in a clean-room environment, GMP compliance is essential. Ensure equipment and auxiliary equipment are cleaned after every set up and floors, storage areas, etc., are maintained to a high standard.Other Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Pigment blending / colour matching, testing materials & compounds, warehouse duties (Incoming & Dispatch) Packing, Wrapping, Sieving, Stacking, Strapping.Identify process, equipment and documentation improvements where possible and take part in improvement projects as assigned.Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures and plant key behaviours as notified.Adhere to GMP based Quality Systems requirements for medical devices and medicinal product If production lines are down for maintenance, you may be reassigned to cleaning or warehouse duties, Flexibility in this regard is essential.Forklift operation (training provided)Essential criteria for the position are:· Candidates will need fluency in English verbal and written, and a verifiable work history.· Ability to work well in a team setting.· Must be able to follow instruction.· Ability to take ownership for process, and drive troubleshooting and improvement activities.· Ability to multi-task and to work in a high paced environment with an awareness of continued impact on production and the plant performance.· Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.· Manufacturing process knowledge and experience.· An excellent standard of attendance and time keeping.Job Type: Full-timePay: €13.50-€20.00 per hourExpected hours: 39.5 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
