Architectural TechnologistAbout the Role:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a passion for design, and experience translating conceptual designs into accurate, buildable drawings and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD & Revit.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop and coordinate technical solutions.Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.Assist in site analysis, feasibility studies, and planning applications.Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and clients during the construction phase.Resolve technical and design issues efficiently and effectively.Maintain project documentation and support project management tasks where required.Requirements:Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice.Proficiency in Revit/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong time management and organizational skills.Desirable Skills:Experience with BIM processes and software.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and certifications.Experience across various project stages, from concept to completion.Knowledge of planning policies and procedures.What we can offer:An excellent salary commensurate to the successful candidate's experience and suitability.An opportunity to further establish and grow a career in a company with 30 years experience in Ireland's Construction Services Sector.A defined career path with clear objectives and 'progression gates'.A strong CPD commitment.Job Type: Full-timePay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork Location: In person
