Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-severity incident response calls for global operations
* Direct engineers to resolve critical issues and restore services quickly
* Conduct root cause investigations and implement process improvements
* Communicate effectively across technical and business teams
* Drive innovation and risk mitigation for global infrastructure
About You
* 3+ years in IT/network operations, incident or problem management (global scope preferred)
* Strong technical skills: networking (TCP/IP, routing), Linux/Windows admin, scripting (Python, Shell)
* Experience with ticketing tools and cross-functional leadership
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ideally hold valid Certifications: CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), ITIL
* Experience in large-scale data center or WAN environments would be ideal, but not essential.
