Medical Administrator

This is a medical administrator role within a dynamic and supportive office environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in patient administration, scheduling clinics, and managing administrative tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Administration Support: Provide comprehensive support to our medical professionals with patient scheduling, data management, and other administrative tasks.
2. Office Management: Maintain the smooth operation of our office by handling customer inquiries, answering phones, screening calls, and redirecting them as necessary.
3. Administrative Assistance: Offer general administrative support to managers and staff, including filing, maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
4. Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
* Proficiency in IT software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, and Data Entry.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* A positive attitude, taking ownership and initiative.
* Ability to maintain high levels of client service delivery.
* Familiarity with fast-paced environments and ability to work effectively under pressure.
