Design Site Representative
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage design coordination activities on site. As a key member of our Project Management department, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary link between contractors' teams on site and our design office.
* Carry out duties of Designers Site Representative, including witnessing construction operations and inspecting works.
* Manage site teams of engineers, specialists, and inspectors on large-scale projects.
* Liaise with stakeholders to align project goals.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Minimum HNC/HND in Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Chartered membership of a construction-focused association or institute.
* Experience in DSR role on civil infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
