My client, a public sector organisation based in Tullamore, is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their team. This full-time temporary role will involve providing reception cover along with a range of general administrative duties.

Position Details
1. 35 hours per week
2. Contract from January to end of June
3. €17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
4. Providing reception cover as required
5. Managing incoming and outgoing post
6. Handling telephone and email enquiries
7. Supporting general administrative tasks including accounts processing, data entry, and record maintenance
8. Assisting with meeting room bookings and coordinating visitor appointments
9. Maintaining accurate files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Essential Requirements
10. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception or clerical role
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
