Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project ManagementUnderstanding of building regulations relating to commercial building fit-out projectsEnd-to-end support of small to medium-sized projects, from feasibility to planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and scheduleManaging a combination of business improvement and compliance projectsManaging the flow of project information between teams and associated departments through regular meetings and written communicationLiaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail storesMonitoring and controlling projects, including tracking, progress reporting, and identifying potential risks and opportunitiesYour ProfileTeam Player– The ideal candidate can build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
