OverviewJoin to apply for the Client Service Advisor - Professional Services role at Aon.ResponsibilitiesAssist with leading a portfolio of Clients within a busy and pro-active broking environmentAssist with managing client renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day-to-day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to sameVetting insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements/standards on behalf of PartnersProviding support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claimsProviding assistance as required to colleagues across a range of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability and other financial lines productsReviewing policy wordingBuilding strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a leading market serviceSecuring and retaining clients by providing excellent serviceAssisting Aon colleagues to continually deliver an excellent serviceParticipation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clientsExpanding and sharing knowledge and capabilitiesEnsuring strict compliance and adherence to broking standardsFollowing all management audit requirementsOther duties that may arise as the business requiresWhat Makes This Opportunity DifferentReporting to the Professional Services team Directors, a Client Service Advisor will have the chance to work for one of the biggest insurance broker services globally, facing and dealing with high level skills of clients across Financial Lines. Working in a commercial environment, you will be supported by a similar minded professional individuals and motivated dynamic team. Joining Aon as a Client Service Advisor will provide an opportunity for you to work in the largest dedicated Professional Services team in Ireland. This opportunity would suit one who is autonomous and eager to manage clients from cradle to grave. The Professional Services team are highly experienced, enthusiastic standout colleagues where one can grow and learn whilst working in a complex global matrix environment with a mix of functional, business and geographic leaders.Skills and Experience That Will Lead To SuccessIdeally a few years of relevant Insurance broking experienceComply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to:To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to ACII (desirable)Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standardsProvide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 years)Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of Financial Lines productsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleaguesExcellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritize workload and deliver on objectivesDemonstrate strong customer orientation and attention to detailsProficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPointHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
