Job Title: Senior Insurance Professional
An experienced insurance professional is required to manage a portfolio of approximately 800 policies annually. The role covers renewals and new business across Motor and Home insurance, with a strong focus on customer service, client retention, and cross-selling opportunities linked to the commercial book.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' experience in a Personal Lines insurance role, proven experience managing Motor and Home insurance portfolios, comfortable working in a high-volume environment, strong client management and customer service skills. They should be well organised with good attention to detail.
