Job Summary
We are seeking an office-based Technical Support Agent with 5+ years of experience to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth, pleasant experience for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. You will work onsite in our office, collaborating closely with colleagues and assisting customers via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a high-quality helpdesk service to FlexManager customers, ensuring each query is handled from start to satisfactory resolution.
* Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, following company procedures. Provide solutions and advice to meet customer requirements.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other teams.
* Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Process incoming customer requests via our in-house system.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Stay informed of product updates and procedural changes.
* Comply with data protection laws.
* Collaborate with team members to support each other across all aspects of the role.
* Assist in system implementations when required.

* Ability to read and analyse code base to find root cause of bugs reported.
* Carry out code quality investigations to determine when and where the bug was introduced.
* Comfortable interacting with GIT.
* Ability to implement required fix for a bug.
* Experience developing with OOP principles.
