Regional Sales Director
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Builddinistrate a dynamic sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Drive hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments, adopting a culture of lead generation across hotels.
* Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer-led events as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Multi-site experience is an advantage.
* Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
* Effective communicator who promotes collaboration.
* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
* Excellent organisation and planning skills.
