Job Description
The key objective of this role is to oversee the maintenance, refurbishment and renovation of all council buildings and facilities to a high standard.
* Maintain the highest standards in safety, environmental and security matters within facilities management.
* Manage and coordinate requirements for staff and colleagues with regard to facility usage.
* Oversee building projects and renovations efficiently, ensuring alignment with set budgets and priorities.
This position requires an individual with strong background knowledge in facilities management, including aspects like maintenance, project management and budgeting.
This post reports directly to the Facilities Manager or designated officer within the organization.
