Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator (Property) located in the Galway Metropolitan Area. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the property management office, managing rental contracts, handling tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting property sales and lettings. Additional tasks include maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing filing systems.
Qualifications
* Property Management, Contract Management, and Tenant Relations skills
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
* Proficiency in office administration, scheduling, and supply management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
