We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in delivering children's services under the national Progressing Disabilities Services (PDS) model for children and young people with complex needs arising from a disability.
Job Description
As a senior member of the interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing Speech and Language services, including assessment and intervention to children and adolescents enrolled on the Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNT).
* The provision of Speech and Language services will take place across various settings including clinics, schools, preschools, special schools, children's homes, and community settings.
* You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that all aspects of a child or adolescent's care are integrated into their treatment plan.
1. A minimum of 1 year post qualification experience working with children with disabilities/developmental delay is essential;
