Service AdvisorOur client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Limerick, has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Advisor to join their team.This position is an excellent opportunity in a growing industry sector so if you are interested, please apply directly or send your CV to About the role:You will be scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email and walk-inDetermining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair workmeeting and greeting all service customers promptly and professionally Checking customers and their vehicles for work, confirming customer details, service needs and accurately recording this in systems, communicating with the workshopMaintaining up to date progress of your customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repairAdvising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costsEnsure customer vehicles are ready at the agreed day /time and explain to the customer all the maintenance and report work completedAll other relevant administration in relation to the end to end process for servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles including systems input, invoicing and daily management of 'work-in-progress' Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, partsAssisting with gathering customer service feedbackSkills and experience:Excellent front line customer service skills and experienceAt least 2 years' experience in a similar role in the motor industryA working knowledge of vehicle management systems / Keyloop /Kerridge Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems.Ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak timesAbility to work on own initiative when required or as part of a small teamFlexibility in your approach to workFull, valid, current driving licence for driving in IrelandIf you are from outside the EEA, you will need to hold a current work permit for IrelandReward package:Fulltime permanent contract with a leading motor group in IrelandCompetitive Salary22 days paid annual leaveManufacturer Training Contributory Pension PlanTeam and individual bonus plansAccess to Benefit, our discounts, learning and wellness appEmployee Assistance Programme and access to a wellbeing app#CplOS25 #LI-LM8
