Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the Corporate and MICE business segments. The role involves developing annual sales plans, managing portfolios of existing and new accounts, soliciting new business, identifying and developing new corporate groups segment targeting domestic clients.
Primary Objectives

* Assist in regular SWOT analysis on competitor hotels
">
* Monitor and report on local market conditions
">
* Understand and implement yield management strategies for Rooms, Meetings & Events, Food & Beverage outlets
">
* Manage sales projects as per business requirements
">
* Participate in regular sales activities: client visits, site inspections, fam trips, trade shows, sales missions, networking events etc.
">
* Seek to maximise all revenue opportunities from existing and new accounts through strategic planning and effective account management
">

About You

You will be a self-starter and strong closer with excellent levels of personal motivation and organisation. You will have the capacity to provide clear written reports and commercial awareness.
Requirements-Skills-Education

* Bachelor's degree with proven business acumen

* Minimum of two years' proactive / MICE hotel sales experience in a target-driven sales environment
">
* Strong administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines

* Sales-focused, target and results-driven, with proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets

* Self-starter and strong closer

* Excellent levels of personal motivation and organisation

* Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups
