Concession Manager – Nossa Beauty Arnotts

Nossa Beauty is recruiting for an experienced Concession Manager to lead our new Nossa Beauty concession in Arnotts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an ambassador for our luxurious Japanese Head Spa treatments launching in our treatment room along with driving our current beauty services..
The ideal candidate will have a background in Beauty with experience in all beauty treatments. They will be self-motivated, committed, and dedicated to driving a business forward, with experience in a fast-paced retail and service environment.
Primary Duties
* Ensure daily/weekly sales targets are set and achieved.
* Devise strategies for growth in sales and customer engagement.
* Monitor and assess performance, proposing actions to rectify problem areas.
* Conduct market research and monitor competitors regularly.
* Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Promote and educate customers on Nossa Beauty's Japanese Head Spa treatments.
* Recognize and encourage service excellence within the team.
* Recruit, train, and develop a strong salon team.
* Ensure staff are adequately trained in service quality, product knowledge, and store systems.
* Conduct staff appraisals and implement performance improvement plans.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage staff schedules efficiently, ensuring an optimal balance between service demand and staff cost ratio.
* Ensure the treatment room is fully stocked and all salon services are operational.
* Organize and oversee stocktaking, ensuring proper inventory control.
* Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions.
Requirements
* Hairdressing background is desirable, with experience in washing hair and scalp treatments.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within a beauty, salon, or retail environment.
* Strong sales and business development skills.
* Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and service environment.
* Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
