COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: Annual Salary of €30,000, paid weekly

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives across our outlets in Galway and the Connacht region. This role is perfect for a people person with a passion for sales and marketing, customer engagement, and driving business growth in a fast-paced QSR environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead by example in a hands-on role, implementing individual store marketing plans in a professional and thorough manner and providing innovative solutions to issues.
* Assisting store management in your region to maximise sales.
* Engage in Local Store Marketing Activities in each outlet and ensure marketing activities are been executed in full.
* Execute customer focused store management initiatives
* Lead instore campaign roll outs
* Corporate sales focused on company catering.
* Involvement in the local community through schools, clubs, charity initiatives etc.
* Planning ahead for upcoming events in each location so that opportunities can be maximized.
* Mystery calls, mystery shoppers and customer call backs.
* Assisting operations within the outlet based on the business needs.
* Lead university activations
Requirements for the role:
* 1 year previous experience in a FMCG marketing/branding or sales environment
* A marketing or business-related degree
* Full driving license
* Good commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environments
* Self-starter with good time keeping skills
* Positive initiative and a driven attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days with flexibility needed based on the company’s needs. This is predominantly Monday – Friday but weekend work is required at various times throughout the year.
