Mechanical Package Manager Mechanical Package Manager required to join one of Europes leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Portugal.
The Mechanical Package Manager will report into the MEP Lead and will be responsible for full mechanical scope delivery, managing design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to achieve safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities: Lead full mechanical scope from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning.
Manage site safety, QHSE compliance, and subcontractor performance.
Control programme, resources, and costs, including labour, materials, variations, and valuations.
Maintain documentation, snagging, reporting, and progress tracking.
Coordinate meetings, change management, and project close-out deliverables (QA, O&M, handover).
Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
4+ Years experience in a similar role.
Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
Experience in procurement, scheduling, programming and sequencing.
Experience leading MEP Teams.
Good IT skills, particularly in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
