IT Support Technician - North County Dublin. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join a dynamic team in North County Dublin. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their IT career while supporting a busy operational environment. This is a full-time in-office role and due to the location the successful candidate must have access to their own transport.
The Role
You\'ll provide on-site and remote 1st & 2nd line support, ensuring minimal downtime across key systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
Supporting approx. 150 users via helpdesk and face-to-face assistance
Managing IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, and device setup
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues (Windows, Office, VOIP, warehouse devices)
Assisting with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects
Maintaining compliance with IT security and company policies
Occasional out-of-hours support
Skills & Experience
Strong interest in IT with good problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support desk systems
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) desirable
Exposure to Windows Server, VOIP, and warehouse devices an advantage
Strong communication skills with ability to train non-IT users
Own transport and full driving licence required
