Senior Change Consultant My Dublin City Centre based client is looking for an experienced People Change Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a daily rate contract contract position initially for 6 months but with an excellent chance of extension.
Qualification or experience / skills:strong relevant experience inchange management: Leading comms & engagement activities Business analysis Stakeholder management Impact assessment (stakeholders impacted, type and level of impact) Training needs analysis / training design and delivery Business or org readiness assessment Usage and adoption monitoring And/or leading large transformation programmes or programme workstreams Nice to have: relevant 3rd level degree (e.g., in Psychology, HR, Organisational Change), qualifications (Prosci, behavioural science, coaching) Key characteristics include : Project Management Organisation Design/ Development Change Management HR Consulting/ HR Transformation Education Requirements: 3rd Level qualification is preferred.
