Experience required: 8-10+ yrs
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman / Completions Manager to take full responsibility of our production process. This is a senior role requiring a capable hands-on leader who will manage client requirements, budgets, schedules, suppliers, and installation crews while ensuring quality control and margin protection.
Skills & Attributes Needed:
- Proven track record in Construction / Fit-Outs / Branding
- Relevant third level / Project Management qualification (advantage)
- Strong leadership & team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure professionally
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness with focus on margin and cost control
- Understanding of manufacturing processes: metalwork, timber, branding, lighting
- Full Clean Driving Licence (FCDL)
- Adobe Suite knowledge (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Third-level qualification
