Inside Sales Support Team Manager

About This Role:
Managing and motivating a team of inside sales support executives to ensure they are meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Acting as a liaison between the Sales Director and eir evo Leadership Team, providing regular updates on team performance and making recommendations for improvements
This role reports directly to the Enterprise & Government Sales Director.
Expectations From The Role:
* Setting and communicating clear performance expectations and goals for the sales support team.
* Providing regular coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
* Managing and motivating the sales support team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding performance goals/SLA’s, including the maintaining of existing books of business for the accounts within their remit.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales support team, such as centralised inbox, allocation of resources across the team when it comes to processing questions and customer orders.
* Communicating with other departments to ensure the sales support team have all of the information and resources required to be successful.
* Monitoring and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with other managers to develop and implement strategies that align with the overall goals of the company.
* Participating in the hiring process to ensure the team has the right mix of skills and personalities.
* Providing excellent customer service and being a positive representative of the company to both internal and external customers.
* Ensuring the team is following company policies and procedures and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements For A Successful Application:
Essential:
* Experience leading and mentoring team members and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
* An understanding of sales processes and techniques, as well as experience in managing a sales support function
* Technical Skills, Knowledge of computer software, such as Sales Force, CRM that is used in sales and sales support
* The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Experience and comfortable using excel to compile reports and interpret data

Professional Skills / Experience
* Diploma / Degree level
* 2-3 Years in a Sales and or Sales Support role
