Job Description Tirln is embarking on a significant IT transformation programme to establish its own IT capability, partnering with a third-party service provider for initial project enabling. This will involve close collaboration and require multiple new roles to join the Tirln IT team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role of Customer & People Engagement Technology Manager will lead the strategic direction, architecture, and operational excellence of platforms supporting customer engagement, HRIS, and digital experience. The manager will develop roadmaps for relevant platforms, define architectural standards and governance, champion innovation across supported platforms.
