This role is part of our Talent Practice team, which combines market data, powerful tools, and advisory expertise to help clients find and keep the right people, pay them appropriately and ensure they have the attitude and ability to do the job well now and grow with the company in the future.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Accountable for projects to ensure they're delivered with quality, accuracy and efficiency.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement total reward strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
* Design and deliver employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives that enhance client engagement.
* Project management with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery.
* Responsible for working in full accordance with our Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications
* Technical experience in Total Reward, Rewards Analytics, People Analytics and/or Talent Management.
* Experience leading and delivering significant projects.
* Ideally, proven sales experience and experience of mentoring and leading a team.
* Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Highly evolved analytical skills for interpreting data.
* Consistent track record of strong senior stakeholder level client relationship management.
* Commercial competence, with an ability to drive revenue growth.
