Social Care Team Leaders are required for residential services in Meath. To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

For Disability Centres for both Children and Adults:
• Minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies or other relevant qualification.
• A minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care, Healthcare or related role with children, young people or adults is required.
For Children's Residential Centres:
• Minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies or other relevant qualification.
• A minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care grade with children or young people is essential.
Other qualifications may be considered:
- Psychology (Level 8), and Level 7 in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling / Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences / Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing (not exhaustive).
Candidates must also have:
• A full clean manual driver's license.
• Must be flexible regarding working hours.
