About the Hotel
We are a well-established 60-bedroom hotel located in a picturesque countryside town at the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains.
The hotel caters to a diverse mix of corporate, leisure, wedding, and tour group business, offering guests a warm, high-quality experience in a scenic setting.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.
The Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts across multiple market segments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands hospitality sales and enjoys working autonomously while collaborating closely with hotel management.
Key Responsibilities. Generate new corporate, leisure, wedding, and group business Manage and grow existing client relationships and accounts, Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
Promote weddings, events, and group packages.
Work with management to develop sales strategies and pricing Support marketing activity including promotions, online content, and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends Prepare sales activity and performance reports.
Requirements. Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
Proven ability to generate and convert new business Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Organised, self-motivated, and target driven Good working knowledge of email, CRM systems, and reporting tools
Knowledge of the Wicklow / Dublin commuter market is an advantage Full driving licence preferred.
