We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Facility Management industry to search for a QSHE Advisor to join their team in Cork. We are seeking a motivated and experienced QSHE Advisor to support the implementation and governance of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) programs at a major pharmaceutical client site in Cork, Ireland. You will serve as a key point of contact for QSHE matters on-site and collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Opportunities for professional development, including training and certifications Work in a regulated, high-standard environment supporting global pharmaceutical operations Exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic projects across Ireland Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of the client's QSHE program in Ireland, including L1 self-inspections, risk management, business continuity planning (BCP), and electronic quality management systems (EQMS) Align EHS activities with internal and client expectations by working closely with local and regional teams Conduct GxP, QMS, and EHS training for operations teams Assist in investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions Develop local quality plans that meet both regional and site-specific needs Ensure the timely production of monthly QSHE performance reports and trend analyses Support client and internal audits, including preparation, participation, and post-audit actions Foster strong communication and collaboration between client and internal teams Key Requirements Essential Level 8 H&S qualification or equivalent Proven experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment Strong background in auditing, quality management, or EHS Ability to produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving Engaging training delivery style with excellent communication skills Desirable Project management experience Membership in professional bodies (Quality, EHS) ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification Commercial awareness and business judgment Skills: Time Management Communication Organisation
