Matrix Recruitment is partnering exclusively with Panelto Foods to recruit a HR Operations Manager for their fast-growing, world-class bakery in Co. Longford. This hands-on role supports a high-volume manufacturing environment, acting as a key business partner to Operations. You'll drive workforce planning, engagement, performance, and HR processes that directly support production output and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with Operations to manage day-to-day HR activity including ER, absence, performance, and employee engagement.
* Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, workforce planning, shift resourcing, and coaching line managers.
* Manage disciplinary processes and ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and embedded effectively.
* Track HR metrics to support operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Support change, learning, and culture initiatives to enhance leadership capability and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Degree in HR/Business or related field; CIPD qualification desirable.
* 3+ years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
* Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to operate on the shop floor and influence across all levels.
* Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR processes (ER, performance, workforce planning).
* Solutions-focused, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
