O'Flynn Exhams LLP are currently seeking to hire a Lawyer to join their Commercial and Corporate Department. Ideal candidates will be at least 2 years’ qualified, with relevant experience. He/she should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills and be highly motivated.
Required experience:
* Comfortable with all stages of commercial transactions;
* Experience in interpretation and application of company law;
* Ability to work on own initiative;
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines;
* Strong commercial focus and business acumen.
