Capita Ireland are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a full time basis.
This role is based at our office in Clonakilty.
Youll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times.
You'll work across Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (M-F) & 7am to 1pm on a Saturday one weekend per month.
The total weekly hours are 37 per week.

Cork, P85 YH98 What youll be doing: Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone and complete administration tasks Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to all contacts Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process What were looking for: Previous experience working in similar environment Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers Having excellent organisational skills Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLAs and KPIs Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future Whats in it for you?
