With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking an Interface Manager to work with us on a project in Ireland.Responsibilities:Support the project’s Directorate in developing and implementing the interface strategy, covering project lifecycle, contracts, systems, and stakeholder collaborationReview and update the Interface Agreement with TII to ensure alignment with the project’s delivery needsConsult relevant TII departments and address integration issues with external stakeholders and other TII projectsCommunicate and collaborate with the Client Partner to implement the interface strategyCoordinate inputs and manage relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., councils, transport authorities) according to agreementsIdentify key interfaces, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective managementCoordinate projects and work packages to meet delivery requirements and maintain communication with stakeholdersPlan and execute according to HSSEQ, scope, time, and cost parametersOversee physical site security when necessaryProvide technical guidance and support for efficient deliveryCoordinate with project teams on specifications, supervision, testing, and acceptance of completed worksContribute to project management processes and proceduresEnsure functional interfaces across various aspects (electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural)Qualifications:Minimum 15 years’ professional experience with at least 7 years’ experience in interface management / construction management / project management in high value and large-scale metro rail projectsAt least Bachelor’s degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g., engineering, construction, project management or Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field would be advantageousAssociate Member / Member or equivalent of an appropriate institution e.g. SCSI / RICS, CIOB, IEI or similar, CIArbExperience managing project delivery from concept to handoverIntegrating complex projectsOverseeing contractors, consultants, and advisors in large, regulated construction projects (including NEC contracts)Delivering projects within regulated and unionised environmentsLeading and promoting a positive safety culture, especially in safety‑critical settings such as metro/railPromoting best practices in technical processes, policies, and standardsEngaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to improve processes and support project delivery and reportingManage multiple technical requirements and teams in constructionDrive efficiency in technical outputsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsFoster collaboration within the project teamEnsure high‑quality service delivery and effective governanceAddress and resolve unforeseen risks and issuesExcellent stakeholder negotiation and management skillsWe offer attractive working conditions and a competitive compensation package based on country conditions.
