Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk professional to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk on a daily basis. This includes liaising with guests and all departments, monitoring and addressing feedback from guest satisfaction surveys, resolving disputes and complaints in a professional manner.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working at the Front Desk in a similar property is essential.
* The ability to motivate, appraise, support and challenge a team to deliver world-class results is required.
* Experience using Opera and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
