Role Summary
We are seeking a
Experienced
Director
with strong
hands-on experience leading enterprise AI products and large-scale AI solution programs
across
Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI stack, and Google Cloud AI platforms
. This role is accountable for
end-to-end delivery of AI programs for strategic customers
, while managing and mentoring
senior AI program leaders and delivery heads embedded within customer environments
.
The role combines
deep program leadership, technical credibility in AI platforms, customer-facing executive engagement, and people leadership
, operating across multiple concurrent, high-impact AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise AI Program Leadership
2. Own
end-to-end program delivery
for complex, multi-year AI transformation programs across multiple customers.
3. Lead portfolios of
AI products, GenAI platforms, and AI solution rollouts
.
4. Establish and govern
program structures, delivery cadence, milestones, and success metrics
.
5. Ensure alignment between
business outcomes, technical architecture, and delivery execution
.
6. AI Products & Platform Delivery
7. Lead delivery of AI solutions leveraging:
8. Microsoft Copilot (M365, Security, Dynamics, Power Platform)
9. Azure OpenAI Service
10. AWS AI stack (Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q)
11. Google Cloud AI (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentspace)
12. Oversee implementation of:
13. GenAI copilots and enterprise AI assistants
14. AI-enabled automation and decision systems
15. AI platforms, data pipelines, and MLOps foundations
16. Multi‑Cloud AI Program Governance
17. Define
program governance models
for AI initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
18. Manage dependencies across:

Responsible AI, security, and regulatory requirements

clear delivery roadmaps and execution plans

senior AI program managers, delivery directors, and transformation leads

AI program management, risk management, and benefits realization

40. Coach leaders on executive communication, program governance, and AI delivery maturity.
41. Growth, Pre‑Sales & Innovation Support

* Experience managing
senior delivery and program leaders
.
* Prior roles as
Program Director, Delivery Director, or Transformation Leader
preferred.
