The Role
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the
Commercial Real Estate team
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, leases, and correspondence
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
Liaise with clients, external counsel, and third parties
Assist with file management, billing, and general administrative duties
Support the team with document production and organisation of real estate transactions
The Person
At least 1 year's experience
as a
Legal Secretary
in a busy law firm (experience within
Commercial Real Estate
is highly desirable)
Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills
Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Professional communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
