Role and Responsibilities
This role focuses on the recruitment of international students through direct enquiries and partner channels, contributing directly to booking volumes and revenue performance.
Managing and converting international student enquiries into confirmed bookings
Developing and maintaining relationships with overseas partners and in-country representatives
Handling inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities
Advising prospective students on programmes, enrolment processes, and timelines
Supporting enrolled students and ensuring a consistent level of customer experience
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
Achieving defined monthly booking and revenue targets
What we are looking for
Proven experience in sales or international student recruitment
At least B2 level of English and full professional proficiency in Korean
Chinese is considered an advantage, but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based sales environment
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and sustain long-term relationships with students and partners
Clear sense of prioritisation and pipeline management, managing multiple leads simultaneously
Results-driven mindset with accountability for targets and outcomes
Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
Previous exposure to international education is desirable
