Job Overview:
As a skilled manufacturing professional, you will play a vital role in the production of commercial large-scale drug substances at our state-of-the-art facility. This exciting opportunity requires exceptional technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, and automation/CSV representatives to drive process improvements and equipment validation.
* Support equipment design and room programming reviews to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
* Work closely with the operations team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to EHS metrics, production plan, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), compliance, and training.
* Execute commercial manufacturing processes in accordance with established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Develop and maintain SOPs/electronic batch records.
* Adhere to principles of right-first-time delivery.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a good manufacturing practices (GMP) environment is essential.
* A level 7 qualification in a science or engineering discipline is required.
* Understanding of drug substance manufacturing operations is highly beneficial.
