Key Responsibilities
* Run daily and weekly outbound campaigns using manual, automated and AI-powered systems
* Cleanse and analyze data to optimize lead generation strategies
* Extract lists from company databases and launch regular email campaigns to potential, new, and existing customers
* Conduct research on new technologies and innovative demand generation methods (website leads, optional content creation, inbound)
* Drive sales leads to the sales team and manage inbound sales inquiries
* Forward qualified leads to business development managers for sales closure
* Follow up on LinkedIn connections and maintain up-to-date customer data
* Manage customer relationships through targeted email marketing and outreach
* Work closely with the Managing Director and sales team to achieve targets
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and networking
* Comfort with CRM systems and email automation platforms (AI familiarity is a big plus)
* Strong analytical skills for data management and process improvement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player mentality—collaborate with sales professionals and management
Desirable Skills (Nice to have but not required)
* Multilingual abilities, especially Northern European languages, a bonus
* Content creation for newsletters or blog posts
* Understanding of sales process engineering
* Familiarity with the theory of constraints
