The HR function is focused on the delivery of high-quality related People, HR Management, Employee Development, Talent, Culture and HR service programmes and initiatives that better enables the organization to achieve its goals/strategic plans.
Reporting to the Head of HR for Dublin Airport, this role will provide comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to the teams based at Dublin Airport. To do this, the HRBP will partner closely and work collaboratively with the People Managers helping them to build a work environment that retains and attracts the best people and recognises our people and their performance.
The HRBP will be recognised as a credible and trusted "People Expert" for our People Managers and will provide support across all areas of HR to all levels of our team. Critical to the success of this role is the ability for the HRBP to understand how the business works and the role holder will be expected to be visibly present in the operations environment, ensuring that HR are providing tangible value-add support to the management team and the employees.
This role will require full onsite attendance across 5 days.
