Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
* Serve guests with food and beverage.
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience is desired
* Mid week availability required
* Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Micros experience would be preferable
* Experience in a hotel is preferable
