Care Support Worker Jobs Wicklow | Support Worker | Permanent Full-Time
Location: Greystones, Wicklow
Salary: €34,100.68 – €39,625.68 DOE
Hours: 39 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
We are hiring Care Support Workers to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across residential and community services in the Greystones area. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting individuals to live with greater independence, confidence and inclusion within a structured and supportive environment. You will work as part of a people-focused service where person-centred support, teamwork and professional development are genuinely valued.

Support individuals in line with personal support plans

Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Need
QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) or QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification
Experience supporting people with disabilities
Full Manual Driving Licence or willingness to work towards it
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across a 24/7 roster
Good standard of verbal and written English
Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months

International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
