* Manage the end-to-end billing process for our program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Support the billing and e-commerce processes of our online store, The benefits catalogue.
* Develop and implement finance processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth, particularly through AI adoption.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations or O2C management, preferably with experience in multi-national partner programs.
* Proven experience in managing billing processes and large-scale financial operations.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
* Advanced MS office skills, particularly MS Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
