Operational Product Specialist
This key operational product role supports a high-growth computer vision and AI organization. You will build scalable operational frameworks, streamline cross-functional delivery, and drive operational excellence across product, engineering, and research teams.
* Develop strategic operational frameworks that align with the full product lifecycle
* Support product, project, and engineering teams with process design, roadmap planning, and release execution
* Lead cross-functional programs across engineering, product, research, and operations to ensure timely high-quality delivery
* Utilize analytics and reporting tools to create data-driven insights on adoption, delivery, and engineering performance
* Track and manage KPIs for delivery health, customer usage, and operational effectiveness
* Foster adoption of improved tools, automation, and processes
* Facilitate change management and organizational alignment as the company scales
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across product, engineering, research, and customer delivery functions
Requirements
* 10+ years in technical or software development environments with at least 5 years in product or engineering operations
* 3+ years people management experience
* Strong operational strategy and systems thinking capability
* Proven experience working with distributed engineering and product teams
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work through ambiguity
* Background working in cloud, edge computing, or SaaS environments
* PMI ACP Agile Certified and strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
* Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
