We are working with a well-established technology consultancy to find an IBM Maximo Consultant (MAS / EAM) with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on implementation and delivery experience. This is a fully remote, client-facing role open to candidates based in Ireland or the UK, where you will work across a portfolio of enterprise projects helping organisations implement, optimise, and get the most out of their Maximo and MAS environments.You will join an experienced delivery team working across industries such as utilities, transport, facilities management, oil and gas, and manufacturing, bringing structured asset management thinking to complex client challenges.You will work directly with clients to understand their asset management challenges and translate them into effective Maximo and MAS solutions. From requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, and go‑live, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle.Day to day this includes:Leading and supporting Maximo and MAS implementations and upgrades across client environmentsGathering and documenting business and technical requirements from client stakeholdersConfiguring Maximo modules including Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Preventive MaintenanceSupporting data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validationDesigning and delivering end‑user training and producing supporting documentationTroubleshooting and resolving issues across live Maximo and MAS environmentsWorking alongside project managers and technical teams to ensure on‑time, quality deliveryContributing to pre‑sales activities including solution design and proposal support where requiredCore Maximo and MAS experience:3 to 5 years of hands‑on IBM Maximo implementation and configuration experienceStrong working knowledge of core Maximo modules including Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and PurchasingExperience working on at least two full end‑to‑end Maximo implementations or major upgradesFamiliarity with Maximo Application Framework (MAF) and how to work within it effectivelyExperience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for system integrationsKnowledge of Maximo security, user administration, and workflow configurationExposure to IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and cloud deployment is a strong advantageSupporting technical skills:SQL for data querying, reporting, and migration supportUnderstanding of REST and SOAP based integrations used to connect Maximo with ERP, GIS, or SCADA systemsExposure to IBM Db2 or Oracle database environmentsFamiliarity with BIRT reporting or equivalent reporting tools within MaximoUnderstanding of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL is advantageousExperience working alongside or integrating with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is a plusExposure to GIS platforms such as Esri ArcGIS in an asset management context is beneficialSoft skills and approach:Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiencesComfortable managing your own workload across multiple projects with minimal oversightSector experience in utilities, transport, or facilities managementExposure to predictive maintenance or IoT integrationFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologiesFull right to work in Ireland or the UKOur client is looking to interview over the next two weeks, if you are interested in this role, please apply within.
