Bus Éireann is seeking an Engineering Systems Support Manager to lead the effective operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Maintenance System, a mission-critical platform supporting fleet maintenance planning, execution, compliance and performance reporting.
The role plays a key part in maintaining system reliability, improving engineering data quality and supporting operational performance across the organisation.
The position will provide dedicated functional support to Engineering teams, promoting consistent system use across depots, strengthening analytical capability and supporting the effective resolution of system and process issues.
Acting as a central point of expertise for functional and operational matters, the role will also facilitate effective collaboration with ICT and external vendors.
Key areas of responsibility include system analysis, functional support, data integrity, reporting, integration monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, ICT, Finance, vendors and depot teams to optimise the use of the Freeway system and support fleet reliability, compliance and operational performance objectives.
This is a hybrid role, open to employees of the CIE network only and is based in Bus Éireanns Broadstone depot Dublin 7.
