Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Office administrator to join our team.
This will be a split role spending 90% assisting our sales team and 10% supporting the facilities of our Cork office.
In this role, you'll ensure our Salesforce data is accurate and up to date, streamline processes, and keep communication flowing between sales, operations, and HQ.
Your work will directly empower the sales team to focus on winning business while you drive efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience behind the scenes.
In addition to this, you'll also take ownership of day-to-day office administration, making sure the workplace runs smoothly and supports a positive, productive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Salesforce management Set up new accounts Input and maintain opportunities Input and maintain CPQs Create and maintain key contacts Check for synchronisation with SAP Help to input MEDDICC especially buyer maps Check integrity and accuracy of forecast PO dates and required delivery dates Liaison Coordination Work with sales team to ensure accurate information in Salesforce Work with UK operations team to ensure dates and commitments are known and achievable Liaise with HQ based resources as required and alert to any execution issues – sales admin, logistics, production Support the UK/IE Commercial meeting to ensure information reported is up to date/accurate Chase administrative information required from clients Facilities Management: Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support HR and onboarding activities, including preparing documentation for new hires.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications Experience working in a sales support or commercial operations role within a B2B environment.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ tools.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and process compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate operational challenges.
Understanding of MEDDICC methodology and sales processes would be a plus.
Previous experience managing office facilities and supporting HR or onboarding activities would be a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance in office settings.
