You'll work closely with the Merchandiser and Management team to hit targets and grow the category.What you'll doOwn the category: manage brand relationships, VM standards, and stock levels.Drive sales: analyse performance, spot trends, and action opportunities.Train & motivate: run quick briefs, share product knowledge, and lift team results.Client focus: build local clientele, track wishlists and special orders, and ensure follow-up.Buying input: support purchasing decisions with clear data and feedback.Protect standards: monitor displays, reduce stock loss, and keep the department presentation-ready.Market awareness: know the competition and what customers want next.You'll bring4+ years in premium/luxury retail (Sales Consultant/Ambassador level or above).Experience leading small teams or stepping up as an AM/Supervisor.Strong product passion with a commercial, analytical mindset (comfortable with Microsoft Office/Excel).Clear communicator who can influence, coach, and set high standards.Customer-first approach, collaborative style, and a bias for action.Nice to havePrevious jewellery or luxury experience.Qualification in Retail/Fashion Management, Business, Finance, or Marketing.
