Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity
This is a unique chance for an experienced HR Professional to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit while having the support of a dedicated team.
The successful candidate will receive:
* Autonomy in managing the end-to-end full recruitment cycle, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks.
* Collaborative support from colleagues in implementing and rolling out new systems.
* Leadership on employee relations cases, including conducting disciplinaries and grievances.
* Liaison with finance regarding weekly and monthly payroll, including notifying them of new starters, leavers, employees going on maternity or paternity.
* Specialist HR support to managers and employees on queries, including payroll, sickness absence, and holiday entitlement.
* Review and update existing performance management and absence management processes/procedures.
* Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with current employment legislation and business objectives.
* Assistance with other new company projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' HR Generalist experience.
* Experience in assisting with system implementation, leading on recruitment, and employee relations cases.
* Skills in absence management, performance management, and liaison with payroll.
* Preference for a CIPD Qualification or HR Degree.
