Regan McEntee & Partners LLP, Trim, Co. Meath is seeking a dedicated newly qualified Planning and Environment Solicitor to join their busy Public Authority team. This is a unique opportunity to build on our reputation for excellence in the public sector, advising on critical legal issues for local government and public authority clients.
The successful candidate will manage a high-value, complex caseload across the following key areas:
Planning and environment
Local authority conveyancing
General Corporate advices (including Housing, Data Protection, FOI and AIE)
Regulatory enforcement
Statutory processes
Candidate requirements:
Proven experience in planning law is essential. Experience in local government law, property law, or conveyancing is highly desirable.
Strong litigation skills and the ability to provide clear, strategic advice on complex statutory matters.
A commitment to maintaining the high professional standards of the firm.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Keyhouse or similar legal case management platform.
