Join our dynamic team at Three as a Retail Development Partner, where innovation and passion drive us to shake up the industry and delight our customers. This role is pivotal in supporting our Retail channel in Ireland by leading People Development initiatives that align with our business goals.
Role Responsibilities:
Identify, design, develop, and manage a broad range of People Development initiatives to support business outcomes.
Create diverse learning programs using various tools and platforms.
Support leaders and teams proactively, developing complex programs as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of development initiatives.
Advise on and implement People Development strategies aligned with company vision.
Monitor, evaluate, and measure the impact of development interventions.
Utilize data and metrics to drive improvements and insights.
Identify opportunities to influence organizational goals.
Explore external best practices and introduce innovative learning approaches.
Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills: networking, negotiation, influencing, collaboration, presentation, and written communication.
Ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven influence.
Track record of delivering impactful People Development programs.
Project management experience in implementing People Development initiatives.
Demonstrated personal development and growth.
Understanding of market trends and new opportunities.
